YREKA CIVIL WAR DAYS HAVE BEEN POSTPONED TO 2026

Joseph Stewart Reenactment at Joseph Stewart County Park, OR (CCWS)

June 21-22, 2025

Come one and all to the biggest reenactment of the CCWS! The event takes place at idyllic Lost Creek Lane in the Day Use area, with full encampments and several battles at 11AM and 3PM on Saturday, and at 12PM on Sunday. This will truly be an event that is fun for the whole family! The event will also feature a raffle of various items to be announced at the end of each battle, and while there is no fee for entry, the club does accept donations to help continue supporting our efforts in the local area. The event opens at 9AM and closes at 5PM on Saturday, and on Sunday is open from 9AM to 1PM.

Graeagle Civil War Days in Graeagle, CA

July 4-6, 2025

Wonderful site outside of Quincy up Hwy 70, high in the mountains. Very festive holiday crowd yearly comes to the little town of Graeagle. We will be having an interactive time with the public, similar to a school day, which is scheduled for Friday afternoon. RACW members are encouraged to arrive Friday morning, but Thursdays arrivals are okay as well. Keep an eye on facebook, emails, and robocalls for updates. On Saturday we will be having two battles and Saturday night will be an excellent fireworks show. A parade will be the only activity on Sunday.


Fort Klamath Living History Days at Fort Klamath, OR (CCWS)

August 16-17, 2025

The CCWS is proud to partake in the 2025 Living History Days and help educate the local community on the history of Fort Klamath and the people who were part of it. Donations are welcome both to the club and to the Museum but admission is free otherwise. This event is absolutely fun for the whole family to enjoy on the original fort grounds with period blacksmithing, artillery and infantry demonstrations, and much more! The event opens at 9AM and closes at 5PM on Saturday, while closing at 3PM on Sunday.

Fort Crook Historical Days in Fort Crook, CA

September 18-21, 2025

Set-up is on the 18th. School days on the 19th. Battles for the public on the 20th. Civil War Reenactors are welcome to stay for company time on the 21st.
