The Reenactors of the American Civil War
Confederate Brigade
Confederate Brigade
Louisiana Zouaves

Proud in their bearing and determined in their resolve, the Confederate forces fought long and hard to defend their new formed country. Few armies in history have suffered such hardship and privation in facing an opponent of overwhelming numbers and unlimited resources.
With little resources, the Confederate Army persevered for four long years armed with guile, determination and gifted leadership. Most of the war was fought in the southern states--the loss of life was horrific and the soldiers returned home only to find farms & businesses destroyed by years of fighting.
As reenactors, our members strive to tell all sides of the Civil War story, and to do so with the utmost authenticity, respect, and honesty. Each soldier has a personal story, each soldier fights for very personal reasons.
